Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At JM Print, we take great care to ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. Each order is custom printed based on the artwork, designs, and specifications provided by you.
Because of the personalised nature of our products, we follow a specific policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds as detailed below.

Cancellations

  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, as each item is made specifically to your approved design.
  • If you wish to cancel an order before printing starts, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and issue a refund if applicable (minus any design or setup costs already incurred).

Returns

  • As all products are custom printed, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly due to our error.
  • We do not accept returns for minor colour variations, layout differences, or errors in artwork supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number or invoice reference

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Reprint: A replacement of the affected items at no additional cost.
  • Partial Refund: A refund proportional to the defective quantity.

We may request that you return the defective goods before reprinting or refunding.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-printed products with artwork errors or design issues provided by the customer
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders where proofs were approved prior to printing

Proof Approval

We rely on your approval of digital proofs before proceeding to print. By approving the proof, you confirm that all design details โ€” including spelling, colours, and layout โ€” are correct. No claims for such issues can be accepted after approval.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 working days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
