About Us
We are a UK-based printing company specialising in custom printed packaging, including pizza boxes, food packaging, and branded materials.
Products & Custom Printing
- All products are made to order and printed according to the artwork provided by the customer.
- We are not responsible for errors in supplied artwork (e.g., spelling, colour, or layout mistakes).
- Colours may vary slightly due to differences between digital proofs and physical printing.
- The customer confirms they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use any artwork or design submitted.
Proofs & Approval
Digital proofs (if applicable) will be sent for approval before printing. Once approved, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.
Production will begin only after written or email approval.
Prices & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£).
- Payment must be made in full before production starts.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but any confirmed order will remain at the agreed price.
Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production load or courier delays.
- We use trusted courier partners within the UK.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please check your goods immediately and report any issues within 48 hours.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- As all products are custom printed, cancellations or returns are not accepted once production has begun.
- If goods are damaged, defective, or misprinted, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs.
- We will offer a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, and product designs remain the intellectual property of JM Print.
You retain ownership of artwork you supply, but you grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
